Only the approved final artwork goes to print!
Vinyl, much like paintwork, lasts longer with proper care. The more it is exposed to outside elements (such as sun and tree sap), the more likely it is to sustain damage. At Joyce Design, we use the highest grades of vinyl available on the market, such as 3M and Avery, which do not shrink back or leave glue residue. Using the correct grade of vinyl for each job is crucial for the longevity of the graphics, and this is where some people cut corners to save on costs. Don't be fooled by cheap wrap prices—you get what you pay for! With proper care, high-quality wraps and graphics can last as long as 5-7 years.

Our custom-built premises in Chelmsford, near Brentwood provide the ideal controlled environment for installing wraps and part-wrap graphics: clean, warm, and well-lit. We can also come to your location, and thanks to our extensive network of fitters, we can install graphics across the UK. Dust, wind, and extreme temperatures should be avoided as they can affect the quality of the installation. We frequently visit commercial vehicle dealers to apply graphics livery before your vehicle is delivered.
The time required will depend on the graphics coverage. Simple pre-cut lettering may take as little as one hour, part-wraps can take half to a full day, and complete wraps may take a couple of days. Your account manager will provide a timeframe once the design has been approved.
