Russell has been working in the sign writing industry all his life. He’s seen the development of the printing, cutting and install techniques evolve over the past 30 years and has embraced every opportunity to build an incredibly soulful and successful company. His passion for the trade and desire to deliver high quality services is funnelled through the whole JD team. Russell also loves motorsport and has been racing on the British scene since 2017. This has naturally led Joyce Design to become one of UK’s most renowned motorsport graphics suppliers.

Married to Russell for her sins, Kate ensures the business runs smoothly. From financial accounting and Human Resources to Health & Safety and utilities contracts, Kate looks after us all!

Edd started his career at Joyce Design in 2012 as a designer and quickly moved on to become the Production and Design manager. His tenacity, sponge-like brain and ability to think outside the box have earned him the position of Director. Nothing is impossible in Edd’s world: research and hard work means Joyce Design are always able to find solutions for our customers.

Erik has worked with Russell since 2005. Starting as a graphics installer, Erik mastered his trade and is now regarded by 3M and other industry professionals as one of the most skilled vinyl installers around! His vast knowledge and industry expertise are invaluable to Joyce Design and have been vital not only for developing and nurturing key company accounts but also for the overall expansion of the business.

Many moons ago, Russell was Catherine’s graphics supplier while she worked as Group Marketing Manager for a large motor dealer group. In 2011, she joined Joyce Design to develop the marketing and sales processes and help take the company to the next level. Her knowledge and understanding of all things marketing has ensured we have structure and quality processes in place to deliver great service and value for money for our customers. Her Swiss origins come through in her no-nonsense approach, people skills and a constant desire to excel.

Ben joined Joyce Design in 2015 as a studio assistant. His practical mind and meticulousness brought him to head the Production department. Ben comes from a product design and engineering background: precision, speed and technical problem solving are all part of his DNA! Manufacturing graphics kits at this scale is very demanding and Ben always delivers with accuracy.

Jim is a fine art graduate, artist and illustrator. After 3 years working in the print industry acquiring experience in design, production and signage install, Jim joined our team in 2017. His attention to detail, industry knowledge and creative mind is the perfect fit for our company. Jim is also very environmentally conscious and he spurred us along to develop advanced green policies we are very proud of.

Following her love for the modified car scene, Jade started as a vehicle wrapper in 2015. She joined Joyce Design in early 2021 and demonstrated great ability from the off to reach our very high standards of vinyl installation and customer care. Now Head of our Install Team, Jade leads by example: precise, patient and dedicated, we entrust her with our most special projects and the constant development of our install staff.
